Thea and Ilia Parikos have been entertaining guests at Thea's Inn on the greek island of Ikaria for over 10 years. They have been married for 20 years and have two sons, Lefteri and Yianni. Thea, born in the United States and of Ikarian descent, speaks fluent Greek and English. Ilias, born and raised on Ikaria, farms, gardens, prepares meals and entertains guests at the farm and restaurant. Athina with her great personality is a definite asset in the kitchen. Uncle Nick stops by when possible ready with a joke and a smile to entertain any traveler. |
